Terms & Conditions for Mister Tacho Ltd

  Mister Tacho  undertakes the following:

- Analysis and reports: Drivers Hours and RTD

o Monthly Infringement Summary

o Fines applicable

o Vehicles driven without a card inserted (digi fleet only)

o Unrecorded mileages (cards used but not downloaded)

o Lead in report 

o Drivers working hours report for the RTD

o Which driver in which vehicle by day

o Driver activity by day

o Driver infringement letters

- To send a monthly invoice to the customer for the fees remitted

The above is included in the monthly fee, which is based on the number of vehicles/drivers and according to the current price list.

Extra analysis/investigation/training/representation at meetings with VOSA or at Public Enquiry, etc is subject to a separate quote and invoice.

The customer undertakes the following:

- To pay monthly by Direct Debit according to the current price list

- To upload to the software, or send the digital files by email to Mister Tacho each month. Alternatively, to transmit the files from remote download to the software in use by Mister Tacho Ltd at the time. Currently this is TruTac.

There is no agreement in place between both parties beyond which is stated above. There is no requirement on the part of the customer to continue the service, which may be discontinued at any time.  There is no requirement to cancel in writing, or for any period of notice. Verbal notice of cessation is sufficient. If more than two months invoices are outstanding, Mister Tacho will cease operation until such time as the account is brought up to date. If the invoices are not settled within three months following the date of the last invoice, it will be presumed that the customer no longer wish to avail themselves of Mister Tacho services. At that point all obligation on the part of Mister Tacho shall cease. After four months from the date of the last invoice, any outstanding invoices will be passed to a collection agency or processed though the courts. The costs of any such proceedings will be passed to the client, and added to the amount outstanding.

Should the customer wish to re-instate the service, a separate quote will be needed for any missing periods, and any costs incurred. 

There are no other terms and conditions. Any other terms and conditions must be agreed in writing by both parties. Payment of the monthly fee shall constitute acceptance of and agreement to these terms and conditions by the customer.
