Often, a good response to an examination resulting in a mark of unsatisfactory can avoid the case being referred up to the Traffic Commissioner. It's important to address each point, and lay out the steps you have taken to remedy the situation and ensure it doesn't happen again. Better still, get in touch with us BEFORE the examination, and we can be there for you.
Preparation for a Public Inquiry
IMPORTANT. Start your preparation IMMEDIATELY when you receive notice from the Taffic Commissioner, or if DVSA say they are referring you to the Traffic Commissioner. The more you can prepare and remedy in advance of the Inquiry, the more chance you have of a positiive outcome.
